I’m excited to join the FORM/Moxie team as your new Integrative Nutrition Health Coach! As a longtime member of this amazing community and a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 20 years and avid hiker - I know firsthand how powerful movement, mindfulness, and balanced nutrition can be in transforming overall well-being.

My passion is helping others create sustainable, healthy lifestyle practices that empower them to feel their best—inside and out.

  • An Integrative Nutrition Health Coach is a wellness professional who helps clients achieve their health goals by focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, and overall well-being. They take a holistic approach, considering factors like diet, exercise, stress management, sleep, and behavior change to create personalized strategies for lasting health improvements.

  • Unlike dietitians or doctors, they do not diagnose or prescribe but instead offer guidance, education, and support to empower individuals to make sustainable, healthy choices.

  • This is not a one size fits all program. It will be a coaching relationship that will be based solely on your bio-individual needs.

  • Absolutely no one except you and the coach. The coaching relationship is professional and confidential. Only if there is a life-threatening concern would another party be contacted.

  • Integrative Nutrition sees your “nutrition” in terms of primary and secondary foods:

    Primary food - refers to the non-food aspects of life that nourish overall well-being. This includes relationships, career, physical activity, spirituality, and emotional health, etc.. When these areas are balanced and fulfilling, they contribute to overall health just as much as the food on your plate. 

    Secondary food - refers to the actual food we eat for physical nourishment.

    • Guidance and support for adhering to doctor’s orders relating to nutrition and / or exercise

    • Changing mindset around unwanted habits or behaviors that are undermining your health 

    • Get to the bottom of what’s keeping you from achieving your goals - get off of the roller coaster / hamster wheel and figure out how to make healthy change that is sustainable for YOU

    • Serving as an accountability partner supporting you through your journey

    • Exploring your relationship with food, alcohol, shopping, and any other behavior that you feel is out of balance

  • We understand that everyone has different schedules and availability. While we would love to see you in person, there is an option for video calls in ongoing 1:1 sessions. The only exception is the initial discovery session that is in person only.
