Classes
Form Foundations
Start your reformer journey here. This class introduces the basics of reformer Pilates with a focus on proper form, core engagement, and building confidence. Learn essential movements in a supportive, small-group setting designed to help you feel strong and balanced.
*new customers must start here or with private training. We recommend a minimum of 10 Foundations classes.
Form Classic
Our signature, intermediate-level class blends traditional reformer Pilates with modern techniques to strengthen, lengthen, and tone your entire body. Perfectly balanced for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike, this class delivers a full-body workout tailored to meet you where you are.
Form Foundations is a prerequisite. An instructor must sign off that you’ve successfully completed foundations before you can book classic classes.
Form Stretch
Focus on stretching, mobility, and mindful movement in this restorative reformer class. Designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance range of motion, it’s the perfect way to recharge your body and mind while feeling deeply refreshed.
