Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and scheduling conflicts may occur. In order to provide the best service to all our clients and maintain the efficiency of our classes and sauna appointments, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Classes:
12 hours notice is required for the cancellation of any class.
If you cancel with less than 12 hours of the scheduled class, your pass will not be returned to your account.
No-Shows:
Clients who no-show will lose their pass AND will be charged a $25 no-show fee. Additionally, repeat offenders may be blocked from booking future classes.
Enrollments/Events/Workshops:
Special Events and Workshops will vary, please see the bottom of the description for each individual event and workshop for their cancellation window. Late cancel and no-show fees will be charged.
Waitlists:
Our waitlist closes 90 minutes prior to class start time. If you are moved from the waitlist into class you will receive a minimum 90 minutes notice.
If you are on the waitlist and are unable to attend class, you must remove yourself from the waitlist. Waitlist members are expected to be in attendance if they are moved into class and the no-show/late cancel penalties will apply as outlined above.
Sauna Appointments:
A minimum of 12 hours notice is required for the cancellation of any sauna appointment.
If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled sauna appointment, you will be charged the full value of the appointment.
How to Cancel a Class:
To cancel a class or sauna appointment, please log in to your account on our website or Walla app.
If you are unable to cancel through these methods, please ensure you speak directly to our staff as soon as possible. Please note that when we are in the studio, our phones are on do not disturb so we can give the best service to our customers. Therefore, voicemails, text, email and social media are not an accepted form of cancellation and may still result in penalties as we cannot guarantee these messages will be received in a timely manner.
Late Arrivals:
We encourage all clients to arrive on time for their scheduled classes and sauna appointments.
In the event of a late arrival, the session will not be extended, and the full session fee will be charged.
Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations may arise. Please contact us directly to discuss any exceptional circumstances.
Refunds:
We do not provide refunds for unused passes.
Refunds will not be provided for missed classes or sauna appointments due to late cancellations, no-shows or client arriving at the wrong location.

Cancelling an auto-renewing Membership
At Moxie Yoga Barre Pilates and FORM Pilates, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your auto-membership. If you have a 3-month or 12-month commitment and wish to cancel before the minimum commitment period is met, an early termination fee will apply.
